About Me

Ellen began her consulting and coaching practice after wrapping up seven years at MeUndies, where she served as the People Operations leader and an invaluable member of the Executive Team. It was there that Ellen honed in on her own leadership skills, enabling her to coach and support her fellow Executive Team members through their individual leadership needs. In her time there, Ellen oversaw HR, Recruiting, and Employee Experience, and established MeUndies as a competitive culture for recruiting and retaining top talent. 

 

Prior to MeUndies, Ellen spent several years at early stage Pressed Juicery, learning the ins and outs of a young and growing business. Having had the opportunity to hold a plethora of roles during her time there, she gained an understanding of the importance of laying a strong people foundation to create business success for years to come. 

 

Ellen also lends her People Operations skills to Amplify Capital LA Capital, where she serves as an advisor to the leaders at their portfolio companies, and to Park Slope Schoolhouse in Brooklyn as their Board Chair.

She has been a SHRM certified HR Leader since 2017, and completed her Leadership Coach Training at iPEC in 2021, allowing her to become a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Ellen previously lived in Los Angeles for ten years and now resides in New York City. When she’s not helping leaders build companies, she can be found running in Prospect Park or exploring the city with her husband and daughter.
