Ellen is a People Leader with a passion for supporting leaders and growing businesses into incredible places to work. Great cultures don’t come easy, they start with great leadership, flourish with the right policies and programs, and succeed when building and retaining a top tier team. Having supported MeUndies through high growth for the last seven years, and prior to that Pressed Juicery, she’s no stranger to the evolving needs of a rapidly growing business.

Ellen is a people first leader who has a knack for understanding what makes the team tick. She straddles the roles of being an advocate for the team and a steward for the business deftly. Ellen worked with me closely to evolve my empathetic leadership skills, a shift that undoubtedly elevated my ability to effectively lead my team.
